This thing is just fine :o) December 30, 2008 Roffi (north haledon, nj United States) Some other place had a customer review saying Piano sounds cheesey...well, let me tell you, the piano sound 001 is great. Yes, not perfect, but really nice piano sound with pressure sensitive keys plus a boat load of other sounds up the wazoo. I work in the pro audio biz, 7yrs recording studio, 13yrs pro audio mfg and now support the most major Broadway shows and their touring counter parts. I'm not a musician. The only thing this keyboard is missing is wheighted keys and a heftier price tag. Got mine with stand and ac adapter thru ebay $153.00 shipping included. Haven't checked out the recording features or abilities to link with computers via MIDI yet. Just opened the box last night.
Not That Great December 15, 2008 Scott Sharpe 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
***DOES NOT COME WITH AC ADAPTER*** I've had this keyboard for a about 2 years and its very basic. If you're looking for something for the kids than this is perfect. If you intend to use this to practice or even just for fun (adults) I wouldn't recommend it. Instead spend an extra $100 and get something a little higher end. Or One product I do recommend (in this price range) is the Casio WK200. Right now you can find it for about $199 and it comes with an AC adapter and stand. Its still pretty basic but the sound is much better and its 76 key. I've found Casio keyboards to be higher quality at this price range. Hope this helps. And to those who asked...THIS DOES NOT COME WITH AN AC ADAPTER
Excellent for learning October 15, 2008 Mariano David Rubio (New York, NY United States) 14 out of 17 found this review helpful
I bought this keyboard for my kids. I am absolutely satisfied. It has more features I originally thought of. The method to practice is very intuitive. The sampled instruments sound great. This instrument is worth every dollar.
